• Carry out supervision related to roadworks, landscaping and underground infrastructure (watermain, sanitary and storm sewers, etc.); • Ensure that the work complies with the plans and specifications; • Ensure compliance with current environmental regulations; • Verify various payment certificates; • Coordinate and approve work performed by the laboratory; • Complete the daily report; • Issue notices of non-compliance; • Perform measurements and progress quantities (progressive pay items). • Monitor changes and approve modifications in conjunction with the project manager; • May perform office work (estimating, design review, etc.) during site shutdown periods.

TEHORA is currently seeking a Data Modeler to design, document, and evolve data models in the context of development, maintenance, and system improvement projects. The successful candidate will act as a consultant to business, development, and operations teams. Without being exhaustive, the services and deliverables the successful candidate will provide include: • Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models; • Document data models; • Translate conceptual data models into physical models; • Analyze the impact of proposed models on operational data; • Update data models when required; • Provide advisory support on proposed data models; • Contribute to optimizing data structures for performance; • Draft relevant documentation and keep it up to date.
