• Conduct 1:1 Practical Skills Assessment sessions with students for (3) PSA windows during our 20-week cohorts • Watching student-submitted video of them coaching a client • Grading that student using our board-approved program Practical Skills Assessment Rubric • Meeting for 20 minutes with each student to provide feedback based on the rubric completed • Providing regular feedback on how to continuously improve the program based on student interaction

• Teach board-approved curriculum weekly during 90-minute live sessions • Conduct 1:1 Practical Skills Assessment sessions with students for (3) PSA windows during our 20-week cohorts. This includes: watching student-submitted video of them coaching a client, grading that student using our board-approved program Practical Skills Assessment Rubric, and then meeting for 20 minutes with each student to provide feedback based on the rubric you completed. • Provide regular feedback on how to continuously improve the program based on student interaction.

• Deliver comprehensive virtual medical weight loss care including patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, chronic condition management and follow-up care. • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, care navigators, case managers, behavioral health professionals and external specialists to ensure coordinated whole person care. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe appropriate medications and evidence-based treatment regimens, and adjust care plans as clinically indicated. • Engage patients in shared decision-making, clearly explaining treatment options, risk and benefits while promoting adherence to prescribed regimens and follow-up care. • Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered counseling that fosters sustainable lifestyle changes and ensures a safe, respectful space for patients to share challenges and successes. • Communicate effectively and compassionately via synchronous telemedicine visits and asynchronous messaging, addressing patient concerns promptly and thoroughly. • Participate in regular clinical team meetings and care conferences, contributing to case discussions, continuous learning and practice involvement • Coordinate care and exchange relevant patient information with local healthcare providers/organizations in compliance with HIPAA and state telehealth regulations • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EHR, ensuring clear, compliant and up-to-date pt records. • Support operational excellence by performing necessary administrative tasks and adhering to collaborative practice agreements and state specific telehealth laws.

• Assist Digital Marketing Managers with online advertising optimizations and campaign management within Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. • Regularly conduct Keyword Research and testing to develop a full ads campaign. • Copywriting for online media advertising campaigns. • Provide support during client meetings through active shadowing and detailed note-taking.
