Program Coordinator
JASS (Just Associates)
• Coordinate with the Regional Director and Country Coordinators for program execution • Support the Finance Coordinator in planning and budgeting • Track implementation of activities and ensure alignment with strategic framework • Act as a liaison with donors and oversee financial and narrative report preparations
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in feminist or women’s rights social justice organizations
- Experience in strategic thinking, planning, budgeting, and program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English and at least one Southeast Asian Language – Khmer, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Filipino, Burmese
