Journeyman Electrician/Solar Technician

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to learn the installation process of solar systems • Lead and train Crew while performing all duties associated with Crew lead position • Capable of communicating with city Inspectors and documentation of necessary electrical plan changes • Maintain tools and materials needed for all electrical work • Supervise Crew while providing training for Electrician apprentices • Attend meetings and perform consistently with company Core Values • Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in the solar industry
- Must hold a current Journeyman License
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Must be OSHA 10 certified
- Must be qualified to operate a Company truck and capable of operating any heavy equipment on the job (Trencher, man lift, Fork lift)
- Proficient in the proper use of Safety gear and training/supervising for working above 6’ from the ground, roofs, ladders, etc.
- Must be CPR certified
- Read all installation product manuals for proper install of various devices
