• Help to oversee and service the daily data, reporting, and quality needs of door knocking program • Work with the program teams on any data needs in Touchstone, such as territory groups, account creation, and general support • Work with the rest of data team to build and maintain tools for use by various departments • Assist in managing the program's daily/nightly reporting needs • Respond to data support requests and flags • Other duties as assigned

• Help create and refine content for our library of training, our LMS, and coaching resources • Deliver top-quality skills-building and informational in-person and virtual training to staff • Collect, synthesize, and act on feedback from staff being trained to continually improve your skills and our Training Department • Find training solutions to staff challenges and opportunities based on data and anecdotal reports • Report to and be a thought partner to the Training team to create training content, facilitate live and virtual training, and coach or problem-solve with staff

• You will be our ambassador to restaurants in your region, equipped with a positive attitude and highly effective solutions. • Identify the needs of hospitality professionals (sometimes hidden behind an excellent risotto or a strong espresso) and offer our services to improve their profitability. • Build strong relationships with professionals, advise them and support their development. • Make the restaurant world even more rewarding with our game-changing restaurateur clubs!

• Work directly in the kitchens of client companies • Participate in food production, sending dishes out, and mise en place • Deliver training modules to teams • Provide hands-on operational support and culinary advice
