Change Management Specialist – Healthcare Transformation
Blue Water Thinking
• Performs tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within a healthcare organizations, programs, and projects • Tasks may include developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change • Supporting and engaging key stakeholders and senior leaders; including identifying and managing anticipated resistance, integrating change management activities into project plan, and evaluating and ensuring user readiness • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience conducting change management assessments and change management strategy
- Demonstrated experience creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and engaging stakeholders
- MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
