• The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for assisting with financial planning and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting processes, analyzing key performance metrics, preparing budgets and reforecasts. • Provide strategic insights to support decision-making. • Collaborate with various departments to identify positive ROI and revenue opportunities and contribute to overall company direction and growth. • Serve as a partner to members of matrix organizational structures to provide cross-functional analysis and advise effectively across different stakeholders. • Develop relevant key performance metrics which will serve as basis for sound business decisions. • Provide variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, explaining the key business driver. • Collaborate with regional and local leaders to make recommendations on annual venue budgets and staffing levels. • Provide decision support to Asset Management on capital investments, utilization, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives. • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to assess business scenarios, growth strategies and cost optimization opportunities. • Review P&L performance with regional leaders to identify efficiencies and opportunities to increase revenue and revenue streams. • Analyze pricing and discounting strategies. • Analyze cash flow and operating expense levels to help guide business decisions. • Responsible for accurate internal financial and KPI reports and analysis of all financial-related information.

• You will work with our small but fast-moving, dynamic team serving and investing in growth-focused business-to-business technology companies. • Assist in building financial models, developing valuation analyses, creating pitchbooks and other presentations, developing internal business processes. • Perform due diligence relating to mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and proprietary investments by the firm's venture capital funds.

• Own Acely’s finance function end-to-end, including FP&A, financial reporting, accounting oversight, compliance, cash management, and board reporting • Ensure continuity and rigor across existing finance processes while improving speed, clarity, accuracy, and strategic impact • Maintain and evolve the company’s operating model, including revenue forecasting, expense planning, headcount planning, cash projections, and scenario analysis • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, resource allocation, growth investments, pricing, unit economics, and company-wide operating priorities • Own financial reporting and monthly close processes in partnership with external accounting resources, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate internal controls • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, translating company strategy into actionable financial plans • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to connect financial outcomes to operating drivers • Analyze growth performance across channels and customer segments, helping the team understand what is working, where to invest, and where to pull back • Support board reporting by preparing clear, concise, insight-driven financial updates and strategic analysis • Own vendor management, contract review support, expense controls, and purchasing discipline • Manage compliance requirements, tax coordination, state registrations, insurance, and other finance-related operational needs • Help prepare the company for potential future financing conversations, strategic partnerships, and diligence processes • Use modern tools, automation, and AI-native workflows to create leverage across reporting, analysis, forecasting, and operational finance

• Support the colleagues in leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks • Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps with your team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture • Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions • Create presentations and support the team in preparing for customer calls • Contribute to internal capability building and team development • Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clients
