• Schedule imaging exams and complete pre-registration processes via phone in a professional and courteous manner • Confirm all supporting documentation is received prior to appointments, including orders, lab work, prior imaging, chart notes, authorizations, and interpreter arrangements • Review scheduled exams and coordinate with technologists to ensure readiness • Manage digital medical records and appointment workflows using RIS, PACS, EMR, and related systems • Adjust schedules and manage waitlists to optimize efficiency • Maintain HIPAA compliance and support document handling protocols

• Coordinates referral sources to facilitate the admission of the patient to home care services • Manages administrative aspects of the patient intake process • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers and referral sources • Responds to customer requests and concerns • Manages the insurance verification and authorization process • Provides information to potential agency patients and referral sources regarding the home health services

• Assist the Clinical Trial Teams in ensuring the most effective and efficient conduct of clinical trials by providing administrative and project tracking support • Support the preparation, handling, distribution, collection and archiving of clinical study documents and reports, including contracts and invoices • Ensure that all study files are periodically reviewed for completeness and maintained in accordance with Good Clinical Practices, applicable regulations and company procedures • Interface with internal colleagues and external vendors and partners • Work closely with the Clinical Operations Team to support the effective execution of clinical studies and maintain high standards of quality and compliance
