Job Description
Mortgage Advisor
Mojo Mortgages
• Stop Fighting the Process. Start Giving Advice. • Are you a high-performing advisor spending 80% of your day on admin and only 20% on advice? At Mojo, we’ve flipped the script. • We’ve built a "Superhero" platform for the UK’s top advisors - those who want elite-level income without the burnout, the lead-chasing, or the four-month wait to get paid. • Commission at Submission: Stop waiting for completions. We pay your commission at the point of submission. You get rewarded for your hard work immediately. • Earning Assurance: We eliminate the financial risk of switching roles with a standard commission guarantee for all new advisors, ensuring your earnings remain at an elite level from the moment you join us. • The Lead Engine: We land 5–6 high-intent, pre-qualified appointments directly into your diary every single day. No self-gen, ever. • Advice Only: Our dedicated Case Management team takes over the admin, the lender chasing and the packaging. You stay in the "Advice Zone" where you make your money. • The Tech Co-Pilot: We are a FinTech, not a traditional broker. Our AI tools handle the manual "sludge" of research and data entry, making you faster, smarter, and more profitable with every call. • Realistic High Earnings: We don't cap your ambition. By driving the high-velocity system we’ve built, our high performing experts realistically clear £80k–£90k+. You get the income of the elite self-employed, without the overheads or the financial risk. • We’ve just changed the game for Mortgage Advisors. At Mojo, we’re guaranteeing a £50,000 income floor for your first year.
