The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, prioritize, and deliver analytics programs that drive operational and commercial impact. **Responsibilities:** - Work on the latest applications of data science to solve complex business problems. - Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs and business transformation initiatives. - Present analytical solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential business impact. - Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics programs, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger’s globally distributed teams. - Identify process gaps and redesign workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational effectiveness. - Drive cross-functional integration by connecting data flows, KPIs, and business processes across functions to enable unified reporting and enterprise-wide analytics adoption. - Facilitate use-case prioritization workshops with business and technology stakeholders and develop analytics roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and resource constraints. - Define value frameworks, baseline metrics, and ROI measurement methodologies to quantify business impact and articulate the value delivered by analytics initiatives. - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and VP-level stakeholders, driving alignment, change management, and adoption of analytics-driven decision making. - Establish governance mechanisms and performance dashboards to track program health, business outcomes, and realized value. - Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytical techniques and create actionable business insights. - Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to operationalize analytics solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 15–18 years of professional work experience, with at least 12 years in data analytics, analytics consulting, or business transformation programs.
  • Ability to engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics and transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in program delivery, use-case prioritization, process improvement, and analytics roadmap development.
  • Strong project management and team management skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Ability to quantify business impact and articulate ROI through executive-level storytelling and business cases.
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical tools such as R and Python, along with visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus.
  • Ability to work closely with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytical outputs into business processes and operational workflows.
  • Graduate in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
