Job Description

Trader Support Specialist, LATAM

Tradeify

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tradeify.co traders and customers • Accurately identify, assess, and efficiently resolve inquiries • Use technical ability to master trading platforms and tools • Skillfully troubleshoot incoming inquiries and escalate when necessary • Make every trader interaction complete with empathy • Actively participate in improving Tradeify.co's trader-focused Learning Center • Contribute to team goals by focusing on customer satisfaction • Educate both existing and potential traders on how Tradeify.co works • Monitor trading systems for common issues and proactively identify potential problems • Adhere to all internal guidelines and compliance procedures

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, technical support, or operations role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Outstanding interaction with traders and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software
  • Desire for proactive communication with colleagues
  • Willingness and flexibility to work hours aligned with the US trading session
  • Must be fluent in English
