Role Description Nous recrutons un(e) Chief Product Officer H/F dans le cadre d'une création de poste stratégique, portée par notre ambition de doubler notre croissance ARR et de structurer une fonction Produit véritablement orientée valeur client. - Stratégie produit - Co-définir avec le CEO une vision produit claire et alignée avec la stratégie de DirectSkills. - Capter les besoins clients réels au-delà de ce qui est explicitement exprimé, via une cadence structurée de conversations au niveau des décideurs (Achats, Finance, RH) et au niveau opérationnel. - Construire, mettre à jour et piloter la roadmap produit consolidée. - Prioriser les initiatives en fonction de la valeur business, de la valeur utilisateur et des coûts de développement. - Structuration de la fonction Produit - Organiser la fonction Produit : rôles, responsabilités, rituels, standards (discovery, framing, priorisation, delivery). - Clarifier le positionnement de l'équipe Produit vis-à-vis de l'Engineering, du Customer Service et des Sales. - Encadrer, coacher et faire monter en compétences l'équipe de 3 Product Owners. - Dimensionner et faire évoluer l'équipe en intégrant la part croissante de l'IA dans les pratiques produit. - Pricing, packaging & go-to-market - Construire la stratégie de go-to-market pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités et services, à la fois pour l'upsell sur la base installée et pour l'acquisition de nouveaux logos. - Industrialiser le processus de lancement : chaque release majeure s'accompagne de positionnement, pricing, sales enablement et indicateurs de succès. - Porter le pricing comme responsabilité Produit à part entière, non comme un levier d'ajustement commercial. - L'IA comme levier produit structurant - Intégrer l'IA dans les pratiques internes de l'équipe Produit (discovery, framing, prototypage, spécification) et en donner l'exemple. - Transformer les capacités IA pertinentes en fonctionnalités et services au service du recours à l'intérim des clients. - Arbitrer entre développement IA en interne et solutions externes, en intégrant souveraineté des données et conformité (RGPD, données RH sensibles). - Pilotage de la performance & collaboration transverse - Porter la Product Contribution Margin (ARR – COGS – Coût de maintenance) comme KPI principal de la fonction Produit. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le CTO (roadmap) et les Sales & Marketing (pricing, go-to-market) pour aligner produit et go-to-market. - Rendre les Product Owners pleinement responsables de bout en bout sur chaque Epic, de la découverte jusqu'à la mise en production. Qualifications - Expérience confirmée en leadership produit (Head of Product, VP Product, CPO) dans un environnement B2B SaaS, avec une capacité démontrée à structurer une fonction Produit. - Vision produit stratégique et capacité à défendre les arbitrages dans la durée, dans un contexte de transformation rapide. - Compétence en pricing et go-to-market comme responsabilité Produit fondamentale. - Leadership transverse et conduite du changement : capacité à embarquer, à influencer au-delà des liens hiérarchiques directs et à instaurer la confiance entre les équipes. - Maîtrise concrète de l'IA dans sa propre pratique professionnelle — la curiosité théorique ne suffit pas. - Français et anglais C2 (oral et écrit). Requirements - Style de communication direct, sans ego, ouvert au feedback et au challenge. - Pragmatisme et orientation impact : à l'aise dans des contextes en construction et dans l'ambiguïté. - Aisance dans un environnement de groupe international et multi-entités. - Un parcours initié dans le conseil en stratégie (McKinsey, BCG, Bain ou équivalent) avec une forte dimension produit, tech ou transformation digitale, est un vrai atout pour ce poste. - Un profil hybride combinant conseil et product management est particulièrement apprécié.
