Role Description As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape the next generation of Courtyard experiences across marketplace and pack reveals on native and web platforms. You’ll lead high-impact design work end to end, from early product strategy through polished execution, while raising the quality bar for the broader team. This is a highly strategic role for a designer who thrives in ambiguous, complex problem spaces and wants to influence product direction at the executive level. You’ll be a key voice in how Courtyard builds a category-defining consumer product. What You’ll Do - Drive design execution across marketplace, pack reveal, and emerging strategic initiatives on native and web platforms. - Own complex, ambiguous, high-impact design challenges from problem framing through final delivery. - Shape product direction and roadmap through close partnership with product, engineering, and operations leaders. - Define scalable design standards, frameworks, and quality bars that raise craft across the team. - Translate business strategy, user insights, and market signals into measurable design outcomes. - Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications - 5–7+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing exceptional craft in complex, high-scale consumer products. - Experience leading 0→1 product initiatives and shaping new product categories, not just executing against defined requirements. - Ability to work across strategy and execution, from product direction to interaction and visual design details. - Strong product judgment and communication skills, with the ability to align leaders, PMs, and engineers around a clear point of view. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. - Deep proficiency in Figma and an active, forward-looking approach to AI-augmented design workflows.
