• Lead the editing and optimisation of performance-driven video creatives across multiple ecommerce brands • Deliver high-quality video content that aligns with each brand's tone of voice, positioning, and commercial objectives • Specialise in social media advertising content including UGC, motion graphics, and high-production creative assets • Optimise content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and emerging platforms to maximise engagement, conversions, and performance • Apply advanced editing techniques including storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, captions, hooks, and colour grading • Collaborate with strategists, content creators, designers, and media buyers to translate creative concepts into high-performing assets • Proactively identify emerging content trends, editing techniques, and creative opportunities that improve campaign results • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting deadlines • Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that improve overall campaign performance

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and English-proficient Video Editor to join our Post-Production team. This is a remote role, best suited for an independent self-starter who has a strong eye for pacing and maintaining top-tier production quality. In this role, you will be responsible for taking video content through the entire editing pipeline—from shaping raw footage to delivering polished, high-quality final course videos that meet KnowledgeCity’s predefined standards. - Edit video courses to completion using Adobe Premiere Pro, meticulously selecting the best takes while adhering to an English-written script. - Conduct post-production audio clean-up using Adobe Audition to enhance and refine audio quality. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and troubleshoot projects to ensure smooth production processes. - Manage files and efficiently locate course materials to maintain organized project workflows. - Foster daily collaboration with team members to synchronize efforts and achieve project goals effectively. - Work with content and other departments to address technical and script-related issues promptly. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization. Qualifications - Fluency in English (United States) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a video editing role - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition - High-speed internet access - Strong understanding of video and audio editing fundamentals - Resourceful and self-sufficient, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision after training - Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Detail-oriented, with the ability to review videos for errors and make necessary corrections - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards following company guidelines - Remote working requires the following equipment: good quality headphones, a consistent home office location, a quiet workspace, a fast computer with a GPU, an external hard drive, a mouse, and a keyboard.
