• Own the Legal Front Door: Manage and triage incoming requests via our legal inbox and Jira tickets, ensuring the business gets swift, prioritized support. • Drive Tech & CLM Optimization: Act as the administrator for our legal tech stack, specifically building out new automated workflows and templates in Ironclad. • Manage the Contract Lifecycle: Draft and review standard commercial agreements (like NDAs, vendor, and client contracts). • Build Playbooks & Guardrails: Develop and update internal legal playbooks, self-service guides, and FAQs. • Champion Operational Excellence: Maintain legal KPIs and dashboards to help the team make data-driven decisions. • Support Corporate Governance: Handle state filings, maintain corporate records, and organize our internal digital knowledge base. • Execute Generalist Legal Support: Tackle a diverse range of delegated projects, including legal research and drafting internal policies.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a legal environment, ideally within a high-growth corporate legal department
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- A Paralegal Certificate or Legal Operations certification (like CLOC) is a big plus
- Highly comfortable navigating Ironclad, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace
- You can effortlessly separate true emergencies from routine tasks while managing risk responsibly
- You actively jump in, propose solutions, and drive them to completion
- You translate legal concepts into practical business workflows
