Role Description Our client is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Documentation Specialist to support medical record review, peer review preparation, and healthcare documentation workflows. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong healthcare or clinical background who are comfortable reviewing complex medical records, understanding medical terminology, and extracting critical information from patient documentation. The Clinical Documentation Specialist will play a key role in supporting peer review cases by organizing, summarizing, and presenting relevant clinical information in a clear and accurate manner. In addition to peer review support, the role may include nursing home documentation and scribing responsibilities, requiring the ability to work across multiple EHR and EMR platforms while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.
