With locations in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Contra Costa Counties, Verbal Behavior Associates (VBA) partners with 20+ school districts to provide ABA therapy. We're continually expanding as the need for language services grows. Your role at VBA: As a Medical Scheduling Coordinator, you will create and coordinate weekly schedules for our therapists and clients, matching them together based on location and therapy needs. If you have high-volume scheduling experience and enjoy ‘putting the pieces of the puzzle together’, you’ll thrive in this role. You will support patient success by: - Identifying the needs and challenges patients have and assisting in implementing interventions to guide new thinking and create behavior change. - Providing remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program. - Directing and assisting users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform. - Providing ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic. - Maintaining necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring. - Assisting with improving processes and functionality of the platform. - Organizing and managing a caseload while staying efficient.
