Role Description We are seeking a dependable and organized Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations through effective calendar management, appointment coordination, and client communication. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying organized, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment. - Coordinate appointments and confirm reservations - Maintain accurate scheduling records - Respond to inquiries - Ensure all calendar updates are completed in a timely manner This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, utilizing online scheduling tools, email, and other digital communication platforms. The ability to remain organized, meet deadlines, and provide prompt responses to clients and team members is essential. Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, hospitality, or office support is preferred but not required.
