Client Success Coordinator

• Ensure the success and satisfaction of health system and hospital clients. • Manage client relationships and oversee the implementation process. • Drive project management initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. • Respond to all client inquiries and address needs in a timely manner. • Prepare account management-related documents and follow-ups from client meetings. • Ensure discussions are documented and follow-ups are delivered within timelines. • Maintain records of project information and objectives of assigned clients. • Adhere to procedural and quality standards. • Utilize project management skills to track milestones and deliverables. • Oversee and manage all ID Card processes and issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, I/O Psychology, or related field required.
- Must demonstrate good presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills.
- Intermediate or great proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others.
- Program performance and understanding of healthcare analytics.
- Experience preparing and interpreting reports.
- Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior PBM experience preferred.
- Pharmacy Technician license or national certification is preferred.

• Ensure that customers see value throughout their Blackboard journey • Develop and implement account engagements to ensure business objectives are met • Execute prescriptive playbooks based on customer need • Conduct partnership reviews with customers • Drive customer engagement and promote participation in events • Connect customers with best practice resources and assist with challenges • Act as an information conduit from Blackboard and the industry to customers
• Serve as a post-sale technical advisor for assigned book of Blackboard customers • Provide deep technical and systems expertise across Blackboard Learn and related platforms • Lead and support customer engagements that require advanced technical knowledge • Support technical projects and initiatives • Assist with complex support escalations and known-issue reviews • Translate product releases, technical changes, and known issues into clear guidance for customers
