HITRUST CSF Assessor

Prescient Security

• Conduct Gap Assessments, Readiness Assessments, and Validated Assessments against HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF). • Collaborate with client organizations to evaluate, guide, and validate their security posture and compliance with HITRUST requirements. • Ensure assessment activities comply with HITRUST methodology and quality standards. • Define assessment scope and objectives. • Conduct kick-off meetings with clients, identify key stakeholders, and develop assessment plans. • Perform gap analysis and provide remediation roadmap. • Validate implementation status of controls and supporting evidence. • Prepare comprehensive assessment reports, including control scores and maturity ratings.
