• Champion design thinking and promote collaboration across teams • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to identify user needs and define product requirements • Design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms • Translate complex problems into clear user journeys and design solutions • Align design decisions with business goals and product strategy • Create and maintain design artifacts, including: Information architecture diagrams User flows User stories and use cases Wireframes and high-fidelity mockups Interactive prototypes • Prototype and test user interactions and workflows • Use qualitative and quantitative research insights to guide design decisions • Analyze product analytics and behavioral data to improve user experience • Contribute to the evolution and governance of the design system • Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback • Document design decisions and maintain clear product design documentation

• Design and refine website user flows, navigation paths, and interaction patterns. • Develop user journey maps to ensure a cohesive and intuitive experience across the website. • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma or Sketch. • Design visually compelling web page layouts and supporting graphics for new and existing website pages, aligned with brand standards. • Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile web experiences. • Apply usability best practices and accessibility standards, including WCAG compliance. • Use tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg to evaluate user behavior and identify UX improvements. • Support A/B testing initiatives using platforms such as VWO to validate UX enhancements. • Maintain and evolve scalable web design systems and UI component libraries. • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, user-focused implementation.

• Design end-to-end product experiences—from initial concept through launch and iteration • Lead zero-to-one exploration, shaping ambiguous ideas into clear product directions • Define and optimize activation and early value moments (e.g., delivering value in minutes) • Rapidly prototype and test ideas to build conviction and gather real user feedback • Design AI-native interactions, including conversational flows, system behavior, and feedback loops • Simplify complex problems into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences for small business users • Partner closely with product, engineering, and research to shape both strategy and execution • Contribute to new UX paradigms as AI reshapes how software is built and experienced
