Role Description Зараз ми в пошуку Product Designer'а, який(-яка) створюватиме ефективні продуктові рішення на основі даних та користувацьких інсайтів, драйвитиме експерименти для покращення досвіду користувачів і напряму впливатиме на ріст ключових бізнес-метрик. - Повний цикл роботи над продуктовими рішеннями у веб-воронках: від аналізу проблеми та генерації гіпотези до створення дизайну, запуску A/B тесту та аналізу результатів - Аналіз продуктових метрик та поведінки користувачів: пошук точок росту, виявлення проблем у користувацькому шляху, формування дизайн-рішень на основі даних - Генерація, опис та пріоритизація продуктових гіпотез для покращення ключових бізнес-метрик (CR, retention, engagement тощо) - Проведення конкурентного аналізу та UX/UI ресерчу: пошук референсів, аналіз ринку, трендів, найкращих практик та адаптація інсайтів під продукт - Створення та підтримка дизайн-системи: розробка компонентів, підтримка консистентності продукту, оптимізація процесів дизайну - Підготовка макетів до розробки: організація файлів у Figma, опис логіки, станів компонентів та взаємодій - Співпраця з продуктовою командою, аналітиками, розробниками, маркетингом та іншими дизайнерами для досягнення бізнес-цілей. Qualifications - Від 3 років досвіду на позиції Product Designer у продуктових компаніях - Досвід створення та запуску A/B тестів: формування гіпотез, дизайн варіантів, аналіз результатів та подальші ітерацій - Досвід роботи з дизайн-системами: створення, підтримка та масштабування компонентів - Глибоке розуміння UX/UI принципів: user flow, information architecture, usability, accessibility, interaction design - Навички роботи з продуктовою аналітикою: розуміння ключових метрик (CR, retention, engagement, LTV, churn тощо), вміння приймати рішення на основі даних - Проведення UX та маркетингового ресерчу: аналіз конкурентів, пошук патернів, робота з інсайтами користувачів - Базове розуміння продуктової стратегії та здатність пов'язувати дизайн-рішення з бізнес-цілями - Вміння працювати з UX-копі: структура повідомлень, побудова оферів, адаптація текстів під потреби користувача.
