Job Description: Experience / Education - Experience working in Financial Reporting (FINREP, IFRS, IFRS9) either in BAU or Change roles, where a reporting understanding in FINREP requirements and end to end process would be advantageous but is not essential. - Good MS Power point and Excel skills. - A high attention to detail is essential, the individual would be deep dive into FINREP EUCs to understand and assess where data is being source correctly and accurately, data transformation or manipulation is being done as per the regulatory requirements and data is being mapped correctly to the respective GRCA codes before Saracen upload. - Strong analytical skills to perform detailed Report Production Assessment for the FINREP EUCs. Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure to the assessments. - Excellent communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written and spoken). - Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to engage with the local Financial Accounting and Group Regulatory Financial Reporting teams. - Mature and independent – able to work with teams with minimal supervision - Be able to act quickly and complete deliverables timely in a faced-paced environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities. - Experienced with documentation management as the outputs of the EUC assessment will be used to link the E2E product-based review to trace back to the regulatory requirements.
