Senior Proofreader
RR Donnelley
• Confirm that all proofs accurately represent underlying data, verifying that values in the text match source business rules. • Ensure all proofs remain consistent with established brand messaging and approved client specific templates. • Review content for spelling, grammar, syntax, and/or punctuation. • Confirm that charts, infographics, and diagrams accurately represent the underlying data and are labeled correctly. • Manage document iterations to ensure that all requested edits have been integrated and no "legacy errors" persist.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year professional experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in technical editing, data validation, or a specialized QC role
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are mandatory
- Basic understanding of brand guidelines/style rules and strong organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
