Parexel has upcoming opportunities at the Project Leader (PM) and Senior Project Leader (SPM) level for candidates with experience leading global studies in Neurology/Psych/Rare Disease. - Provide leadership to project teams - Manage day-to-day operations - Aim for operational excellence through on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality - Strive to exceed client expectations Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company - Experience in project scheduling, managing resources and budgets, and coordinating team activities - Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions - Additional years of experience required for more senior roles (Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, Project Director) Requirements - Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities - Strategic vision - Detail-oriented - Computer proficient - Superior interpersonal and organizational skills Benefits - Equal opportunity employer - Consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status
