Billing Operations Specialist
SKELAR
• Communicate with English-speaking clients via calls, chats and tickets about payment issues • Handle complex inquiries escalated from first-line support. Examples of complex requests: “I want a refund!”, “I need to report a technical payment issue” • Proactively work on fraud prevention on the platform • Monitor the payment infrastructure in real time, detect anomalous errors, drops in payment throughput, etc. • Develop professional skills through trainings and lectures to support further career growth.
Job Requirements
- Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B1+), spoken and written
- Willingness to work night shifts (19:00–03:00)
- Experience working with customers via phone, email, chats and/or in person
- Experience with online payments. Basic understanding of how online payments work; experience with fraud and chargebacks is a plus
- Proactive and organized — we openly discuss problems and propose ideas, take responsibility for achievements and mistakes, and manage your shift time effectively
- A detective mindset: you enjoy investigating complex situations, analyzing facts, finding root causes and proposing solutions
- Strong desire to learn and grow in IT.
