Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong understanding of business context and ability to translate it into technical requirements
- Experience in the Insurance industry
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar
- Knowledge of databases and hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL
