Job Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.
  • English Proficiency: Minimum C1 fluency.
  • Interpretation Certification: You must be able to pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation that will be performed during the hiring process.
  • Core Skills: Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology.
  • Compliance: Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.
  • Background Check: Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email.
