• Develops a deep understanding of the body of work and the Salesforce platform • Partners with the Product Manager to translate high-level project deliverables into actionable, Salesforce-based product plans • Communicates and collaborates with internal and external team members to identify Salesforce product improvements • Facilitates PI planning projects alongside the Scrum Master to ensure scope and delivery plans align • Collaborates with client stakeholders to work towards the client’s long-term product deliverables and project roadmap • Partners with project stakeholders to provide clarity and support of project release planning • Ensures product backlog and project requirements are aligned • Facilitates refinement of requirements via elaboration and grooming sessions to ensure scrum team alignment for functional and non-functional requirements • Provides direction and mentorship to the agile team and the Business Analyst to ensure project deliverables are understood and accepted by the team

• Lead the creation of epics, features, and complex user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, data logic, and configuration details. • Independently investigate complex data anomalies across large, interconnected datasets (claims, EHR data, risk/quality measures, etc.). • Serve as a Scrum Master–type leader for the Core development pod. • Manage team throughput, identify dependencies and risks, and proactively remove blockers. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned features—from discovery through requirements, development, testing, release, and adoption. • Define and execute functional, integration, and regression testing for new product functionality. • Produce high-quality documentation, including workflow diagrams, data transformation logic, and user guides.

• Analysis and recording of technical requirements in the BI and data environment • Translating business requirements into technical specifications for BI and DWH teams • Definition and documentation of KPIs, KPI systems and reporting requirements • Validation of data and results by means of SQL analyses (data checks, plausibility checks) • Participation in the conception of data models (technical-logical level) • Align with Power BI developers, data engineers, and business units • Creation of business concepts, data requirement documents and user stories • Support in ensuring data quality and governance

• Break down large features into smaller, manageable user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support efficient development. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and ensure successful user acceptance. • Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability) to prevent downstream issues. • Create visual artifacts such as flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and use case diagrams to improve clarity and alignment. • Identify and document business rules governing product behavior and ensure alignment with development teams. • Map and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and problem resolution. • Understand and model required data structures to ensure product design meets user and business needs. • Participate actively in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). • Clarify requirements to developers, manage defects, and validate fixes to ensure accurate implementation. • Conduct discovery work or technical spikes to explore unknowns and support product decision-making. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario development, scripting, and coordination. • Assist users in understanding new features and identifying potential improvements. • Contribute to optimizing payment flows, reducing operational costs, and enhancing customer experience.
