• Manage central inbound and outbound phone and email channels related to mortgage financing, building savings (Bausparen) and consumer installment loans. • Handle inquiries in a structured, solution-oriented manner with accurate administrative follow-through. • Support distribution partners in using the EUROPACE platform. • Clarify disbursement issues, including document review and tracking of outstanding items. • Ensure defined service levels and availability in day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or are a motivated career changer with an interest in finance.
  • You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level), both spoken and written.
  • You are proficient with MS Office and open to learning new systems and digital processes.
  • Experience in mortgage financing, installment loans or financial services is an advantage but not required.
  • A §34i qualification is desirable or can be obtained during the onboarding process.
