Talent Partner – Fixed Term Contract, 6 mths

• Manage/own the entire recruitment process—from intake with hiring managers to offer stage. • Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and hiring managers, guiding them on market insights, hiring strategies, and best practices. • Drive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping. • Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced SaaS environment, balancing speed with quality of hiring process. • Act as a subject-matter expert on multiple geo in tech hiring markets. • Collaborate, advise and influence stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations and driving better hiring outcomes. • Deliver an exceptional, human-centred candidate journey at every touchpoint.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of 360 recruitment experience in ideally Product & Engineering
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team
  • Proven success managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments in SaaS software engineering
  • Proven success of self sourcing and building meaningful pipelines/talent pools
  • Understanding and tracking key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality of hire)
  • Deep knowledge of multiple geos in SaaS Product & Technology talent markets
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, highly organised, and thrive in a scale-up environment
  • Proficient in an ATS (Greenhouse Preferred) and HIRS systems (Workday preferred)
