Als Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich Amazon Connect & CX Platforms arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Kundenservice, Cloud-Technologie und Daten. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team entwickelst du moderne, cloud-native Customer-Service-Lösungen und machst Kundeninteraktionen erstmals wirklich nutzbar. Dabei geht es nicht nur um Contact Center, sondern darum, wie aus jeder Kundeninteraktion wertvolle Daten und bessere Entscheidungen entstehen. - Implementierung und Konfiguration von Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Routing, IVR) - Entwicklung und Integration von cloud-native Contact Center Lösungen auf AWS - Anbindung von Drittsystemen (CRM, Ticketing, Datenplattformen) über APIs und Events - Mitarbeit bei der Architektur und dem Design von CX-Plattformen - Aufbau von Omnichannel-Lösungen (Voice, Chat, Messaging) - Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Lösungen - Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und Data-Use-Cases im Kundenservice - Mitarbeit in Projekten von der Idee bis zum produktiven Betrieb Qualifications - Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Amazon Connect oder vergleichbaren Contact Center Technologien - Gute Kenntnisse in AWS (z. B. Role Description The position is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and approving or denying payment of medical and/or behavioral healthcare services through prospective, concurrent, and retrospective review for the Fee for Service population. The position determines medical necessity based on standards of care, rules, regulations, policies and procedures governing the provision of covered services. Qualifications - Must maintain a current Arizona medical license (RN or higher) or Arizona Behavioral Health license (Associate or higher). - 3 years of relevant healthcare experience. - May require a valid Arizona Driver License for travel-related duties. Requirements - Successfully pass fingerprint background check, prior employment verifications and reference checks; employment is contingent upon completion of the above-mentioned process and the agency’s ability to reasonably accommodate any restrictions. - Travel may be required for State business.
