Role Description - Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in QA automation, including their knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and best practices. - Collaborate with recruitment teams to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques that accurately evaluate candidates' technical skills and fit for QA automation roles. - Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers, aiding in the decision-making process for QA automation hires. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in QA automation to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of interview questions and techniques. Qualifications - Proven experience in QA automation, with a deep understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress, or similar. - Experience with programming languages relevant to automation testing, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback. - Ability to handle interviews with professionalism and impartiality. - Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
