Founding Product Engineer
Meridio
• Build core utilities for B2B and B2C users • Create a framework that makes both feel like one seamless product • Anchor engagement so users can go deeper without being forced • Watch real people use what you build and turn feedback into better experiences • Leverage third-party integrations to remove friction • Collaborate with Product on roadmap, scoping, and prioritization • Share updates early and often • Own the architecture and reliability of our core systems as we scale
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years building production systems
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Full-stack experience: strong backend (Python, Go, or similar) and modern frontend (TypeScript/JavaScript with React or comparable)
- Track record of scaling systems from startup to scale
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance (familiarity with SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements, or interest in building toward them)
- High-growth startup experience
- Bonus points for:
- Experience with healthcare or financial systems
- Background in DevOps or SRE
- Contributions to open source projects
