• Take ownership of complex product features end-to-end - from architecture and data modeling to beautiful and performant user interfaces • Translate product ideas and designs into pixel-perfect, production-grade UI using modern frontend frameworks and component libraries • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to define scope, shape technical direction, and deliver features that delight users • Contribute to and evolve both our backend infrastructure and frontend design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and developer velocity • Push the boundaries of what’s possible across the stack - improving developer experience, introducing new capabilities, and driving innovation

• Lead End-to-End Builds. • Own projects across the full development lifecycle - from greenfield prototypes to scaling out mature systems. You’ll take loosely defined problems and return well-architected, production-ready solutions. • Design for Clarity and Change. • Build backend services and user interfaces that are modular, testable, and ready to evolve. You prioritize simplicity, knowing where abstraction helps - and where it just adds noise. • Drive Pragmatic Scalability. • Design for growth without overengineering. You’ll apply best practices in schema design, API modeling, and state management with a clear sense of tradeoffs and long-term maintainability. • Collaborate Closely. • Partner with product, design, and other stakeholders to understand real-world needs and shape the right technical solutions.
