• Lead discovery, scoping, development, testing, and monitoring for mission-critical automation across CRM, messaging, payments, and analytics environments. • Build robust, production-grade workflows including webhooks, queues, retries, structured logs, alerting, and rollback options. • Maintain data hygiene, enforce permissions, manage secrets, and adhere to PII/PHI protection requirements. • Produce monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and version-controlled documentation for operational continuity.

• Help build and maintain a new SOAR automated response platform using Torq, that supports AI-enabled response and escalations to be routed to on-call personnel at appropriate times • Build automated SOC response tools, automation programs, incident response workflows, etc. • Perform various Security team tasks as needed • Be available to support the on-call response team, occasionally on an “as needed” basis during off-hours to respond to potential security incidents

You will integrate simulation and validation tools that support both current products and unreleased next-generation designs. • Drive Organizational Adoption: Act as an internal evangelist for your tools. You ensure long-term success not just by shipping code, but by conducting high-value demos, tutorials, and proof-of-concepts that prove the framework's value to Firmware and QE users. • Engineer Realistic Simulation: Create high-fidelity simulation environments that unlock platform-wide functional testing before hardware even reaches the bench. • Solve for the "Why": Create measurable impact by developing deep empathy for your internal customers. You identify their core pain points and move beyond "bug fixing" to recommend and implement strategic, long-term solutions. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.

• Design, build, and maintain AI assistants and copilots for HR, Finance, Operations, and other business units • Develop custom AI agents for task automation using APIs, middleware, and modern AI frameworks • Implement prompt engineering strategies and agentic design patterns for optimal AI performance • Integrate generative AI capabilities into service desk ticketing, employee onboarding, and knowledge base systems • Create end-to-end automated workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency • Build and maintain integrations between AI platforms and corporate systems (Okta, HRIS, ticketing, collaboration tools) • Develop APIs and middleware solutions to enable seamless data flow between systems • Design scalable automation architectures that can grow with organizational needs • Measure and report on automation ROI, adoption metrics, and user satisfaction • Partner with IT Operations and Security teams to ensure compliant, secure AI deployments • Establish best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI use • Continuously optimize existing automations based on usage patterns and feedback • Work cross-functionally with department leaders to identify automation opportunities • Document AI solutions, workflows, and technical specifications • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and automation platforms • Provide guidance and training to teams adopting AI-assisted workflows
