• Completing all editorial steps for their assigned brand • Helping set brand styles • Maintaining brand style guides • Participating in status meetings, kickoffs, and internal reviews to advise on timelines, scope, and workflow process • Communicating regularly with the brand team • Adhering to editorial process and ensuring that the team also adheres to this process • Completing work within the timeline set by the team • Communicating regularly and proactively with editorial leadership regarding workload and necessary resources

• Support the 24-hour Traffic Operations Center monitoring traffic incidents across North America • Curate traffic incidents quickly and efficiently using cutting-edge technology • Handle shifts that can start as early as 5:30am and end as late as 9:30pm, weekdays and weekends

• work closely with Kevin Longa on all steps of film & video editing process • make and deliver rough and final draft edits of documentary films • refine current edits with music and footage • improve and finalize documentary storylines • organize and deliver Premiere Pro project files • work one-on-one with Kevin Longa • learn how to utilize music licensing libraries • compose edits from dailies, music, footage • quality control incoming and outgoing assets • create and share Adobe Premiere Pro project files

• Anchor references to promotional pharmaceutical materials within Veeva or other approval systems when provided with an offline reference pack • Review existing reference anchors for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards; update reference anchors for subsequent versions of materials • Provide comprehensive editorial support as needed, including fact-checking and quality checking of copy and amendments to ensure accuracy and consistency • Communicate progress and issues in a professional and timely manner to relevant stakeholders • Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines and proactively manage workload priorities
