• Develop creative concepts and narratives for digital campaigns, working from briefing through final delivery. • Write copy for various formats and platforms, including social media, performance campaigns, digital content, advertising pieces and branded content. • Create copy for branding and conversion campaigns, considering business objectives, audience behavior and the specifics of each channel. • Write scripts for videos, reels and other audiovisual formats. • Actively participate in campaign development together with art direction, planning, media and account teams. • Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support research, ideation, concept development and content production processes. • Contribute to developing and maintaining brand voice, ensuring consistency and relevance across all touchpoints. • Produce content aligned with editorial calendar strategies and clients' communication needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in advertising copywriting, preferably in advertising or marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in writing for digital environments, including social media, performance campaigns, content and branding.
  • Experience developing creative concepts and integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to create texts adapted for different platforms, formats and communication objectives.
  • Fluent use of AI tools applied to the creative and production process, such as ChatGPT and similar solutions.
  • Experience with copywriting, storytelling and building brand narratives.
  • Production of scripts for videos, reels and other audiovisual content formats.
  • Knowledge of content strategies and editorial calendar planning.
  • Excellent command of the Portuguese language, with attention to clarity, grammar, style and appropriate tone of voice.
  • Ability to defend ideas and creative concepts clearly and strategically.
  • Clear communication, organization and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and critical thinking to turn communication challenges into creative solutions.
