Job Description
Copywriter T4CF
Agência F2F
• Active participation in developing advertising campaigns, from the creative concept to executing copy across multiple formats. • Creation of copy for organic social (reel scripts, carousels, static posts, stories) with a strong command of each format's conventions. • Writing CRM assets (emails, push notifications, WhatsApp messages, app banners) with a focus on hierarchy, performance, and the relationship journey. • Developing copy for promotional and seasonal campaigns, maintaining consistency across channels (KV, social, CRM, paid media). • On-site production support when needed — including shoots in São Paulo’s North Zone — with a brief in hand and the ability to make decisions in the field. • Multidisciplinary collaboration working directly with art direction, planning, media, and account teams. • Working with creative thinking connected to strategy, considering the client's broader context, objectives, and business challenges.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience at an advertising or marketing agency, with real-world agency routine experience and work on multiple concurrent projects.
- Portfolio required, with cases that demonstrate writing decision-making (not just visually appealing work) — preferably involving retail, FMCG, shopping malls, fintech, or consumer services.
- Fluency in social-first writing: mastery of Instagram, TikTok and equivalent formats, with a feel for pop culture and editorial pacing.
- Experience in CRM writing: knowledge of assets (email, push, WhatsApp, app banner), journey mechanics (welcome, birthday, reactivation), and discipline in hierarchy (offer + condition + CTA + restriction).
- Regular use of AI tools for text and brainstorming (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar), with a personal prompt and review process.
- Mastery of promotional copy: offers, mechanics, seasonal dates, and regulations — without losing brand tone.
- Strong command of the Portuguese language: grammar, rhythm, concision. Knows when to break rules and when not to.
- Ability to propose language solutions aligned with client positioning and strategy.
- Clarity of concept and the ability to unfold a big idea into copy for different channels, formats, and objectives while maintaining a consistent voice.
- Ability to translate briefs into creative solutions and work autonomously.
- Skill in defending writing choices with technical and strategic arguments.
- Constant, collaborative interaction with other agency areas.
- Maturity to receive, filter, and apply agency and client feedback.
- Autonomy and the ability to manage projects end-to-end without micro-management.
- Fluent or advanced English.
Benefits
- Autonomy in how you execute your work.
- Hybrid opportunity — São Paulo/SP.
- We provide the "Trilha de Conhecimento InquietaMENTE" (InquietaMENTE Knowledge Track) free for your professional development.
- Partnership with Conexa: an online mental health and wellbeing platform (2 monthly sessions with psychologists and 2 with nutritionists provided free).
- Partnership with Wellhub (Gympass) to support your physical health.
- 23 paid working days of recess per year, scheduled throughout the year.
