• Hiring a virtual assistant to take on the role of a sales caller responsible for outbound phone calls to secure hosts for classes. • Make outbound phone calls to secure class hosts in various regions. • Maintain and follow up with hosts to ensure class schedules are kept, and cancellations are minimized. • Update and manage CRM or internal data systems to ensure all contact and class scheduling information is accurate.

• Generate qualified leads and cold calling for solar sales (B2C) • Pre-qualify leads based on interest, property suitability, and buying intent • Generate 10–20 qualified leads daily • Email follow-ups • Creating Excel sheets/reports with call status and qualified leads

• Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups. • Manage a CRM tool to track leads and update their status. • Nurture and convert leads into sales through consistent communication.
