Senior Tableau Analyst
Keeper Security, Inc.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders • Partner with business teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to translate analytical needs into effective visualizations • Build Tableau data sources and optimize connections to the Redshift data warehouse for performance and reliability • Collaborate with data engineers to leverage dbt-modeled data marts and ensure semantic consistency across reporting • Establish and maintain Tableau governance standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, and visual design guidelines • Monitor dashboard performance and usage, proactively optimizing slow-running queries and identifying opportunities for improvement • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and present findings to leadership • Train and support business users in self-service analytics, promoting data literacy across the organization • Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and business logic to ensure knowledge sharing and sustainability • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards when working with sensitive data such as PII and PHI
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop; SaaS experience preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and performance optimization
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying data warehouses; Redshift preferred, Snowflake or BigQuery acceptable
- Experience working with AWS data services and cloud-based data architectures
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and intuitive data visualizations
- Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas
- Experience with data governance, security practices, and working with regulated data such as PII or PHI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with version control and project management tools such as Git and Jira
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Due to FedRAMP requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Person
