• Build and implement strategic social media plans that align with the luxury design and retail sales cycle, including brand awareness, new designer/product launches, and showroom engagement. • Lead content design and production across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms using advanced graphic design and video editing skills to create high-impact visual storytelling. • Actively drive qualified traffic and inquiries by leveraging DM outreach, Facebook groups, Reddit threads, and curated outreach initiatives to support the showroom sales funnel. • Monitor, interpret, and report on platform-specific engagement, growth, and conversion metrics to measure ROI and support sales insights; optimize future campaigns based on performance. • Design, launch, and optimize social media ad campaigns across key channels with a focus on audience targeting, luxury product positioning, and campaign iteration. • Stay current with evolving platform algorithms, social trends, and visual styles relevant to the luxury design world, ensuring timely adjustments to strategy and content. • Cultivate relationships with influencers, UGC creators, and brand-aligned collaborators to expand reach, boost engagement, and support product launches or seasonal pushes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience managing social media in luxury, interiors, architecture, or high-end retail sectors; showroom or product-focused experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro), with an ability to produce refined, brand-aligned creative assets.
  • Proven experience executing lead generation campaigns and paid ad strategies tailored for brand engagement and sales conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret performance metrics, identify key takeaways, and proactively pivot strategy to improve outcomes.
  • Self-starter with a track record of working independently while still communicating clearly and executing on big-picture brand direction.
  • Exceptional written English and digital communication skills with an understanding of tone, audience nuance, and storytelling in the design industry context.
