Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Growth Strategist to spearhead our social media journey from ground zero to 100,000 followers. This role isn't just about posting hashtags and sharing our blogs; it's about harnessing the power of social media trends, reverse engineering them, and crafting a unique strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives leads. Please do not apply if you haven't had experience in growth and cannot provide examples. Include your personal active social (I.E. Instagram, TikTok, etc.) profile. Duties & Responsibilities - Craft and implement a comprehensive social media growth strategy tailored to EyeUniversal LLC's objectives and target audience. - Continuously research, identify, and analyze prevailing social media trends, adapting our strategy to leverage these trends for maximum exposure. - Collaborate with our content team to create engaging, relevant, and trend-driven content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. - Develop and execute strategies to convert social media engagement into actionable leads for EyeUniversal LLC. - Foster a vibrant and engaged community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and authentic manner. - Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, refining strategies based on data-driven insights. Qualifications - Proven experience in growing a social media account from scratch to a substantial follower count (personal accounts included). - Demonstrable success in leveraging social media trends for brand growth and lead generation. - Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms. - Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A personal social media account with a substantial follower count is a strong plus. - Excellent knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices. - Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. - Experience with doing audience, target market, and buyer persona research. - Good understanding of social media KPIs. - Familiarity with WordPress Blogging & RSS feeds. - Excellent multi-tasking skills. - Critical thinker with problem-solving skills. - Team player who thinks outside the box. - Good time-management skills. - Great interpersonal and written communication skills. Requirements - Working knowledge of internal cross-functional tools like Slack, Asana. - Working knowledge of programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Crello & Hubspot. - Reference Letters from past employers and a professional portfolio.
