• Organize and maintain case files and discovery documentation • Support ongoing client communication including SMS follow-ups and updates • Prepare and assist with filing standard legal documents such as notices of appearance and discovery requests • Assist with electronic discovery review and organization of case-related materials • Manage calendar scheduling and appointment coordination • Coordinate travel logistics related to legal cases • Schedule client meetings, including coordination for individuals both in and out of custody • Manage client intake processes and maintain clear communication with prospective and current clients
Job Requirements
- Experience in a U.S. law firm environment preferred
- Experience supporting criminal defense matters is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism and composure
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to provide suggestions and contribute to process improvements
- Bilingual proficiency
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or in a legal support role
