An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Ukraine as a Structural Analysis Engineer based on our office in Kyiv, Ukraine. On this position, you will provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Develop solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. You will represent the organization by providing solutions to technical issues associated with specific projects. We are open to consider candidates for all levels: (1) Entry, (2) Experienced, (3) High-Experienced. Primary responsibilities: - Perform structural analysis of aircraft structures (airframe: wing or fuselage). Structural analysis includes calculation of loads, static and fatigue analyses. - Evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components by way of classical hand calculations (analytical methods). - Generate documentation (stress check notes) to report analysis results to support certification and qualification processes. - Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements. Develop repairs for airframe elements. - Work with regulatory framework (FAA) for warranting safety and regulatory compliance. - Represents the engineering community in the build through post production environment. - Technical rigor and focus on excellence. Level 2 and 3 additional responsibilities: - Plans, performs and leads detailed structural analysis (static strength, durability/fatigue and damage tolerance). - Develops new materials, methods, tools, and designs to support future programs. - Leads a team of stress analysts and provide coaching across all levels. - Works under minimal direction. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences). - Strong knowledge of strength of materials (hand calculation, analytical methods) approach. - Strong knowledge of aircraft structure design philosophy. - Solid communicator, intermediate level or higher in both written and verbal English. - Readiness to work with multi-functional team in a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays support, overtime, shifted work schedule) to meet the business needs. - Readiness for business trips - up to 25% of working time. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in static, fatigue and damage tolerance analyses. - Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals such as material properties, free-body diagrams, load path, structural loads, joints and structural analysis methods. - 1+ years work experience in structural analysis engineering. - Experience in leading a team of stress analysts. - Knowledge of Boeing aircraft structures. - Knowledge of finite element method approach. - Experience in FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 25 & 26). - Experience in CAD/CAE systems (Catia, Nastran/ Patran). • The Traffic Engineer will be responsible for developing models using raw data that capture travel behavior choices. • This position will work closely with our clients and engineering teams. • Create traffic and transportation models for a variety of projects, including corridor studies, signal timing, multimodal planning studies, traffic safety studies, parking studies, etc. • Analyze a wide range of transportation and planning data and assist with technical analyses, feasibility and planning studies, traffic reports, and other transportation reports or memorandums. • Perform calibration, validation, and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary. • Interpret data from traffic modeling software and incorporate it into transportation models. • Develop professional experience using traffic forecasting software (e.g., Dynus-T, Visum, Cube/Voyager, TransCAD) and traffic analysis software (e.g., TransModeler, Vissim, Corsim, Synchro, TruTraffic, Rodel, HCS, and Vision Zero Suite) • Work closely with the Planning group to provide assistance for planning studies (master transportation plans, bike/ped plans) • Apply strong written and oral communication skills in presentation of work activities to internal project teams and external client and stakeholder groups.

• Develop and validate Conventional Island layouts to ensure all technical and programme requirements are met. • Progress design packages through the gated Design Review process. • Proactively engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, assumptions, and constraints. • Understand and manage risks associated with Conventional Island installations, making decisions aligned with programme risk. • Work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, ensuring compliance with corporate and legislative standards. • Collaborate with installation, layout, and CAD engineers to develop module clusters that meet system, component, and transverse requirements. • Ensure quality is maintained throughout the SMR lifecycle by contributing to technical reviews and project review gates. • Support configuration and data management, ensuring accurate and controlled design information. • Apply knowledge of risk management, data‑driven manufacturing, installation process improvement, and construction planning to optimise design outcomes.

• Architect, implement, and tune advanced control strategies, such as Model Predictive Control (MPC), for pipeline systems • Design state machines for operational mode management, construct fail-safe conditions and safety checks, and protective interlocks • Outline and execute test plans to validate controller performance and safety requirements, perform root cause analyses (RCAs), and troubleshoot errors or undesired behaviours in simulation-based and production environments • Create and help maintain tools for data analysis, system identification, empirical and physics-based model tuning • Enable rapid integration and deployment of Crux products, by developing playbooks, standardizing processes and leveraging the latest engineering tools. • Ensure all deliverables meet the high safety and reliability standards required for heavy industry environments. • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with client-side operators and technical leads. • Align cross-functional teams to ensure a unified delivery approach.
