• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing leading Conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX • Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and standards. • Develop custom components and tools to optimize the functionality and performance of our chatbot ecosystem. • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and user expectations. • Leverage natural language processing (NLP), LLM and machine learning (ML) techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable our chatbots to comprehend and respond intelligently to user inputs. • Integrate chatbot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions. • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analysing logs and debugging code for continuous improvement. • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework.
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI.
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities.
- Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform.
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience integrating web services into applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

On this position, you will provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Primary responsibilities: - Perform structural analysis of aircraft structures (airframe: wing or fuselage). Structural analysis includes calculation of loads, static and fatigue analyses. - Evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components by way of classical hand calculations (analytical methods). - Generate documentation (stress check notes) to report analysis results to support certification and qualification processes. - Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements. Develop repairs for airframe elements. - Work with regulatory framework (FAA) for warranting safety and regulatory compliance. - Represents the engineering community in the build through post production environment. - Technical rigor and focus on excellence. • The Traffic Engineer will be responsible for developing models using raw data that capture travel behavior choices. • This position will work closely with our clients and engineering teams. • Create traffic and transportation models for a variety of projects, including corridor studies, signal timing, multimodal planning studies, traffic safety studies, parking studies, etc. • Analyze a wide range of transportation and planning data and assist with technical analyses, feasibility and planning studies, traffic reports, and other transportation reports or memorandums. • Perform calibration, validation, and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary. • Interpret data from traffic modeling software and incorporate it into transportation models. • Develop professional experience using traffic forecasting software (e.g., Dynus-T, Visum, Cube/Voyager, TransCAD) and traffic analysis software (e.g., TransModeler, Vissim, Corsim, Synchro, TruTraffic, Rodel, HCS, and Vision Zero Suite) • Work closely with the Planning group to provide assistance for planning studies (master transportation plans, bike/ped plans) • Apply strong written and oral communication skills in presentation of work activities to internal project teams and external client and stakeholder groups.
