• Позицію першого Product Manager у новому AI-бізнесі з можливістю задати підхід і стандарти з нуля • Свободу дій і повний ownership продуктового-напрямку • Значний AI-бюджет для автоматизації процесів і підсилення роботи команди • Роботу над сильним “білим” продуктом у швидкозростаючій AI productivity ніші • Повний ownership продукту після воронки: функціонал, user experience, retention, monetization logic та вплив на бізнес-метрики • Потенційний карʼєрний трек до Head of Product / CPO у разі успішного масштабування бізнесу • Лідерство продуктової команди: задавати стратегічний напрям і надавати команді необхідний контекст та підтримку, забезпечуючи узгодженість із цілями компанії • Ріст бізнесу та продуктова стратегія: розробляти та приймати рішення, які сприятимуть бізнесовому успіху продукту • Кросфункціональна співпраця: тісно співпрацювати з engineering, design та marketing командами, щоб забезпечити якісну доставку й оптимізацію продукту • Аналіз ринку: проводити market research та аналіз, визначати тренди ринку, потреби користувачів і конкурентне середовище, а також використовувати ці інсайти для продуктової стратегії та прийняття рішень • User experience: просувати user-centric підхід та забезпечувати exceptional user experience у продукті • Відстеження ефективності: визначати ключові показники ефективності, KPI та метрики успіху продукту, регулярно трекати й репортити performance

Job Requirements

  • 4+ роки досвіду в продакт менеджменті у B2C product-heavy середовищі
  • Досвід запуску або масштабування цифрових продуктів, окремих бізнес-юнітів чи великих продуктових напрямків
  • Сильний бізнесовий mindset: глибоке розуміння unit economics, P&L-логіки, retention, monetization та ключових продуктових метрик
  • Аналітичність: вміння будувати дерево метрик, сетапити продуктову аналітику, працювати з даними та приймати рішення не інтуїтивно, а через факти
  • Вміння створювати зрозумілі roadmaps, product specs / one-pagers і якісно передавати контекст команді
  • Розуміння marketing / product marketing / monetization буде плюсом
  • Пристрасть до інновацій і бажання залишатися в курсі трендів індустрії та нових технологій, особливо AI
  • Англійська на рівні B2+
