Role Description Buscamos un/a Closer de Ventas con experiencia demostrable en cierres por videollamada para integrarse a nuestro equipo comercial. Tu misión será conectar con potenciales clientas, entender sus necesidades y preocupaciones, y guiarlas hacia la decisión de unirse a nuestros programas de coaching. - Realizar videollamadas con leads previamente cualificados por nuestro equipo de setters. - Detectar las necesidades, puntos de dolor y motivaciones de cada clienta. - Presentar de forma clara y persuasiva nuestras soluciones de entrenamiento, nutrición y mindset. - Cerrar ventas de programas de alto valor, asegurando una experiencia positiva en el proceso. - Colaborar con el equipo para mejorar constantemente los guiones de cierre y estrategias de conversión. Qualifications - Experiencia previa como Closer o en roles similares de ventas consultivas. - Conocimientos en entrenamiento, nutrición y neurociencia aplicada a la motivación (imprescindible para conectar con nuestro público objetivo). - Alta capacidad de comunicación y empatía. - Habilidad para generar confianza y crear conversaciones profundas que lleven al cierre. - Orientación a resultados, con foco en objetivos de conversión y facturación. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno online, con herramientas digitales y horarios flexibles. Requirements - SER DE ESPAÑA Y VIVIR EN ESPAÑA, requisito imprescindible. - Mujer (ya que nuestra empresa es 100% mujeres). - Don de gentes, vocabulario extenso. - Experiencia previa en el sector de cierre de ventas o mínima formación (PNL, neurociencia, venta). - Conocimientos básicos de fitness. - Empatía, escucha. - Ganas de trabajar en equipo. - Conocimientos en Excel.
