Associate Procurement Analyst

• Support sourcing, procurement, and project execution activities by managing purchase orders • Coordinate supplier communications and expedite deliveries • Maintain sourcing data and support cross-functional project teams • Assist with PO closeout activities and validate pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and terms • Monitor PO status throughout the procurement lifecycle • Support Supplier onboarding and qualification processes • Generate reports related to open purchase orders, late deliveries, supplier performance, and spend analysis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or project support roles
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI
