Inside Sales Consulting Associate
Fortrea
• Promote Fortrea Consulting’s capabilities. • Handle inbound client calls. • Use social media to engage clients digitally. • Generate leads from literature, industry events, peer-reviewed sources, and social selling techniques. • Qualify leads and escalate leads to Consulting Service Line leaders or Principal Consultants. • Identify cross-selling opportunities and upselling services within Consulting when applicable. • Submit weekly sales activity reports to management. • Maintain accurate records in SFDC. • Travel internationally (5%-15%). • Develop a client call cycle. • Maintain regular contact with clients. • Organize and host client visits as needed. • Conduct research to provide competitive intelligence and market insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business.
- Broad industry knowledge or scientific background preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Team player mentality.
- 0-2 years of sales or relevant experience.
