Qualifications - A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences, ...) or a comparable qualification. - Solid experience in our tech stack: Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform. - Previous experience with GDPR compliance and security topics is a big advantage. - Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain. - Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - engineering, product, or other stakeholders. - A passion for well architected, testable and documented code. - Experience with domain-driven design and distributed architectures and/or microservices is a plus. - Background in financial services is a strong plus. • Analizar datos para validar o refutar hipótesis de negocio, identificando patrones, tendencias y relaciones no evidentes mediante técnicas estadísticas y analíticas. • Traducir necesidades de negocio en preguntas analíticas bien definidas, seleccionando las variables adecuadas para abordar cada problema. • Diseñar y desarrollar algoritmos, estructuras de datos y modelos analíticos (predictivos y descriptivos) que permitan interpretar el comportamiento de las variables clave. • Participar en la recopilación, tratamiento, limpieza y almacenamiento de datos, garantizando su calidad y disponibilidad para el análisis. • Crear visualizaciones e informes que faciliten la comprensión de los resultados y permitan una toma de decisiones informada. • Comunicar de forma clara y efectiva los hallazgos a stakeholders no técnicos, utilizando storytelling con datos. • Actuar como interlocutor/a con las áreas de negocio para la recogida de requerimientos, asegurando la alineación entre las soluciones analíticas y los objetivos estratégicos.

• Desarrollo backend en entornos de plataforma, con orientación progresiva hacia sistemas • Gestión y automatización de infraestructura sobre Kubernetes en entornos productivos • Participación en decisiones de arquitectura y diseño de soluciones

• Realizar o desenvolvimento de aplicações de software, assim como atividades de manutenção em sistemas legados; • Executar testes funcionais em ambiente de desenvolvimento; • Depurar, revisar e documentar códigos conforme as boas práticas de desenvolvimento; • Identificar e corrigir bugs; • Estar em constante contato com o cliente e com os pares internos para o levantamento de requisitos e para assegurar que as demandas solicitadas sejam atendidas.
