Role Description Our client is one of the world's largest online community and discussion platforms, connecting millions of users through thousands of interest-based communities. As the platform continues to expand its subscription and professional offerings, data-driven decision-making and growth analytics play a critical role in shaping product strategy and user engagement. We are seeking a Growth Analyst with strong expertise in product analytics, funnel analysis, performance reporting, and business intelligence. In this role, you will own key growth metrics, analyze user acquisition and activation performance, build reporting frameworks, and provide strategic recommendations that influence product and business decisions. CONTRACT: Long-term contractor or FTE COMMITMENT: Full-time (East Coast working hours preferred) LOCATION: 100% Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Panama or Mexico PROCESS: 3 client interviews (intro, technical, cultural) Responsibilities - Own growth reporting, KPI tracking, and performance measurement across acquisition and activation funnels - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, pacing models, and executive-level reporting - Analyze user acquisition, activation, conversion, and channel performance trends - Define and maintain key funnel metrics and measurement frameworks in partnership with Data Science teams - Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes behind performance changes and growth opportunities - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support product and growth strategy - Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and metric consistency across systems - Support leadership with forecasting, business reviews, and ad hoc strategic analyses - Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics - Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets - Experience analyzing conversion funnels, user journeys, and growth KPIs - Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools - Strong understanding of performance measurement, reporting, and business metrics - Experience applying statistical techniques to analyze trends and business performance - Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets - Ability to communicate analytical insights to both technical and business stakeholders
