• Architect, build and optimize robust data models in dbt to power business reporting processes and analytics use cases • Effectively speak with, and listen to, business stakeholders, engineers, designers, executives, etc., so that you can understand business context and support analysts/business stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Product to design and build single-source-of-truth data assets to drive Vouch’s business • Act as a liaison between Engineering and Analytics to define source and target fields for data assets • Partner with upstream Engineering teams to develop new and adapt existing data models as our technology and business evolve • Clearly document specs and data models with source, description, and field definitions to enhance collaboration, scalability, and usability • Set up tests to ensure data quality, monitor daily job execution, and diagnose/fix issues to ensure SLAs are met • Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues, and partner with upstream teams and business stakeholders to rectify dirty, incomplete, or unreliable data • Maintain and enforce consistent data modelling standards, best practices, and design patterns • Provide and receive constructive feedback through code reviews, technical specifications, and pair programming sessions • Use software development best practices with a focus on version control, testing, reliability and maintainability • Work in dbt, SQL, Snowflake, git, Airflow, Python, Stitch, Mode, and we welcome new ideas!

• Extract, transform, and integrate financial and operational data from multiple sources • Deliver end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions, including KPI definition, backend data preparation, and visualization dashboards • Design, build, and maintain automated and reusable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support analytical use cases • Use data preparation and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) to streamline transformations • Work with enterprise data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Snowflake • Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions • Apply financial and business context to ensure analytics outputs are accurate, consistent, and meaningful • Communicate insights, trends, and drivers clearly through dashboards and stakeholder discussions

• Own reporting tools, pipelines, and dashboards to ensure consistent availability and accuracy of mission-critical data • Partner with key stakeholders on KPI development and tracking across the Consumer organization • Build datasets and reports that represent the source of truth for our key metrics • Keep data sources fresh even while requirements and definitions change • Address data quality issues and build in alerting • Partner with data science, finance & strategy, and other departments to enable data-driven decision making across the company • Set expectations and SLAs on data availability • Drive self-service and data literacy for business users on our data platform • Participate in in-person Nextdoor events such as trainings and team building exercises • Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture
